Is Subway considered fast food? I mean I wouldn't go there, as we've real hoagie shops here, but I always considered that a fast food spot?
But in the case of actual fast food...I would say Arby's is probably the healthiest, just in terms of like what you said, how they cook the meat. Granted the Arby's by me has been open for 9 years without one single customer going in there so I don't know how fresh their food is?
Do you mean what was originally known as Pete's Super Submarines, which was founded in 1965, and has grown from one restaurant to 44,834 restaurants in 112 countries? Yep! Fast food.
I recently had my 1st Subway sandwich in a long time, as I was picking up my mail, when the postman was there, and she had a Subway sandwich, which she did not want, and she asked me, whether I wanted it? And I said: "Yep!" I never turn down free food. Of course, I had to throw away the tomatoes in it, because of the seeds. Nothing with seeds nor nuts nor popcorn anymore for me, as the little pieces get stuck in my gut, and then comes the infection and a world of misery and pain.
