An episode of Raising Hope features a clip from a movie with a man driving in a car and his head changes into a dog or wolf and looks towards the camera.  In the episode, it traumatized one of the characters as a child.  I am really curious as to what the clip came from.  It actually seemed a little familiar to me when I saw it on the show.

It's from a propaganda clip about someone turning into a wolf thanks to his horniness.

There's a doco on these things, but don't know the original:
