Are you an aspiring chef and/or serial killer?  Well, here's a handy dandy guide to the different types of common knives, their parts and materials they're usually made of.

Enjoy!

Fun Fact! The stress hormone cortisol is released more plentifully in human beings when presented with the sight of a knife than it is when a person sees a firearm. (Yes, isn't that a fun fact?)

Okay, so, uh...
Some people calls it a kaiser blade,
& Some people calls it a billhook,
& Some people calls it a ditch bank blade,
& Some people calls it a brush ax,
& Some people calls it a karambit,
And in this here, it's called a turning knife...

So, is it handy around the yard, or not?
