Aftermaths, not sequals.

I just finished watching Fatal Attraction (disturbing flick, by the way, I like it.) and, after seeing the final scene it got me thinking about what would happen when everything bowls over.  Not sequals like Ghostbusters, Jurassic Park, Holloween, etc., but sort of an...update, if you will, of those movies that didn't have a part 2, 3, 4,...or the "The Return of..." or all that good s**t.  And not any "they live happily ever after" either.  For example, after Fatal Attraction, do you think Michael Douglas is still creeping behind his "wife's" back with a less eccen--naw f**k it, just straight crazy woman, or is she putting a gun to the head of every girl he says hi to?

Personally I don't see a happy ending for that couple.  

I see 'em getting divorced 6 months after the movie ends.  She eventually moves to Montana and joins a lesbian paramilitary group. He becomes a bum wandering from one seedy underground sex pit to another until the cops find him dead in some fleabag motel - apparently the victim of an autoerotic asphyxiation gone wrong.

I really don't care much for Glen Close, but damn she can play a psycho biatch convincingly.
