Yeah this happened the other day John Robert Carr Jr., 48, of 107-B Lake Elizabeth Drive, faces a resisting arrest charge after attempting to conceal Krystle Lee Anderson, 39, from arrest at his home by a team of Polk County Sheriff deputies and officers with the U.S. Marshals Florida Regional Fugitive Task Force, according to a statement released Wednesday by the Sheriff’s Office.
Anderson, who has no legs, was wanted for failure to appear at an Orange County court in 2015 on charges of armed kidnapping, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon on a law enforcement officer, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment.
When the officers arrived, Carr told them Anderson was not there. However, one officer had observed through a bedroom window Carr putting the 4-foot-tall Anderson into a “plastic tote.” They found Anderson, who surrendered without incident.
