I was looking for a movie to watch tonight on Amazon Prime and saw this one; I like haunted house movies in general and I enjoy found footage style films when they are done right.  So, with pretty much zero expectations, I clicked "Play" and checked it out.
This is one of the best found footage horror films I have ever seen!   Certainly better than any of the PARANORMAL ACTIVITY franchise. 
The basic storyline is as follows: A news reporter is doing a follow up on a horrific accident in a haunted house attraction from a couple of years before that left all the staff and several guests dead or unaccounted for.  As she is filming her story, the last survivor of the staff shows up with a bag full of video recordings explaining what went wrong that night.  The story proceeds, with the footage from the haunted house crew interspersed with interviews from policemen, a local journalist, and survivors of that night.
It's a bit of a slow burn, but it gets better and better as it goes along and builds to a gut-wrenching conclusion.
