We had a nice family get together!

I made some frozen "dino eggs" for the kids.  It's an idea I got from a Youtube video.  Basically what you do is you take some small plastic dinosaurs, stick them inside balloons, fill them up with water, freeze them, cut the balloon away, and viola! You got a fun little toy for the young ones.  Turned out pretty good, except the dinos tended to float to the surface rather than being closer to the middle as I would have liked.  I think I should have turned them in the freezer after about a half an hour or so. 

Still, my great niece and youngest nephew really liked them (as did my nephew who just turned 16, LOL).  They didn't last too long in the heat though.  :)
