Scene one:

A small army of enemies is attacking the main characters. I think they were kids and an elder man with a big beard. The man was some kind of a scientist. He sent somebody to fly over the enemy soldiers and throw macaroni over them(raw from a packet). The man then used an invention that was like a magnifying glass to look at the falling macaroni. Everything seen through this invention was becoming bigger for real. Then the augmented heavy macaroni were falling over the enemy soldiers disabling them from moving and fighting.

Scene two:

Adult man with medium long hair was held in captivity, for interrogation maybe. The other people in the room, the interrogators maybe, left the room and the man in the chair secretly looked to them with his secret third eye positioned in the back of his head. It was something pretty creepy, because with the opening of the eye, the upper eyelid was lifting the hair. Gross...

Because of the imagery, I would say that it was not an American movie.

There was s flying machine that was inspired in the metallic part of this thing here(maybe the whole thing):

I know I can make it on my own if I try, but I'm searching for the Great Heart

A Great Heart to stand me by.

Googling for flying iron is taking me to Ironman in 99.9999% of the cases. Googling for eye on the back of the head is showing me gross medical conditions.....
