I've been playing Solatorobo Red The Hunter again recently. It's a fantastic game that only sold 100,000 copies and is grossly underrated.
It's a crime that it isn't more popular, frankly.

Post games you think deserve more spotlight.

There's a game called War of the Monsters.  It was one of the first games I bought for my PS2.  Its a fighting area style game where you play as monsters modled off the creature features of the 1950/60 and such.  There's a Godzilla stand in, an King Kong stand in. some giant robots. etc....  It was made by the same people that made the Twisted Metal games.

Its got somewhat floaty controls and wired ebbs and flows in difficulty, but it was a fun game.

Golden Axe Beast Rider
This one was trashed by critics and gamers when it came out, because everyone wanted to play it as a GOW hack and slash style game.  It needs to be played more using its contour system, and isn't half bad when you know how to play.

War of the Monsters was a great game, and it had so many wonderful monster designs.

On the topic of Wonderful monster designs, the SNES and gensis game... Zombies Ate My Neighbors.  So very few games I've seen have managed to capture the B-movie monster feel so well.

I always thought Scarface: The World Is Yours was hugely underrated. I felt it was a better open world game than any of the GTA games of that era. You could do tons more like buy cars, boats, recruit members, sale drugs, deposit your money in banks. There were tons of stuff to do.

OK...some people call me crazy( well, some other words actually)

But I actually liked Playstation All Stars Battle Royale, even more then the most recent Smash Bros game.  It had flaws, but nothing a few sequels or updates couldn't fix.  I really want a sequel, because there are still so many playstation characters I would like to play as.

Hostile waters: Antaeus rising is a great under appreciated game.
