I probably have 30 or more of their movies. I haven't bought from them in a few years, though. A seller with a more impressive selection is Super Strange Video.

NIGHT OF THE BLOODY APES kind of disappointed me tbh, the title made it sound more fun than it was

NIGHT OF THE BLOODY APES was a cheap film with heart surgery footage, but it was mainly Female Wrestler vs Ape Man.
Stupid as f**k.  BounceGiggle

I really can't say if I enjoyed it or not. I was stunned. I sat threw it once. I've tried again-but the thrill (?) is gone.

Something Weird is more than a dvd site.
They have a museum of some of the strangest s**t on film.

Here are some of the Something Weird DVDs and DVD-Rs I own:

* The Horrors of Spider Island
* Keyholes are for Peeping (with Sammy Petrillo from Bela Lugosi Meets a Brooklyn Gorilla)
* Like Wow!
* Teenage Gang Debs
* Mr. Angel
* The Ice House
* Blood Feast
* 2000 Maniacs
* Color Me Blood Red
* The Wizard of Gore
* The Gruesome Twosome
* A Taste of Blood
* The Gore Gore Girls
* Axe
* Just for the Hell of It
* Blast-off Girls
* Nude on the Moon
* Frankenstein's Castle of Freaks
* Secret Agent Super Dragon
* She Freak
* Teen-Age Strangler
* Bad Girls Go to Hell

Many others . . . maybe my original estimate of 30+ movies is actually more like 50+

The deal I find with Something Weird is that, when I watch one of these stupid,cheap movies that look so fun in trailers-are not so fun. They end up being boring and stupid .So I waste money on a movie that I will watch once and either put in a closet, or just give away.

I watched Girl and The Geek as a bonus feature on Godmonster of Indian Flats.  That's what really makes Something Weird special to me: all those oddball bonus features, whether educational films, cartoons, or truncated versions of other movies.  The Starman movies are the only place I know to get the episodes of Prince Planet on DVD.

yeah this is how I felt when I saw THE WIZARD OF GORE. trailer was great, film was just extremely repetetive and boring...

however I respect any company that dedicates itself to putting out this stuff!

That's just it... they have a collection of great bizarre stuff, but a so much of it is just awful.  I recommend the Something Weird Sampler, which is all just trailers and clips from movies in their library.
