Anyone here hail from a country that uses high speed rail systems? We can't get those in america due to political and corporate sabotage but I wondered how they worked in countries that have them.

We have a high speed rail system here in South Africa called the Gautrain which serves the area between Pretoria (where I live) and Johannesburg.

It's quiet, clean and efficient: the bus service is good too.

But, be that as it may, those of us who did make it have an obligation to build again, to teach to others what we know, and to try with what's left of our lives to find a goodness and a meaning to this life.
