With the passing of John Carl Buechler (director/SFX artist), I must have a top 10 moments of F13 Part VII:

1. The b*tch gets killed.  I like how the actress actually kinda tries to grab Kane Hodder for fear of being thrown-- after she gets the hatchet in her face!
Error 404 (Not Found)!!1 Small | Large

2. The unmasking of Jason!

3. Kane Hodder first portrays Jason in this film!

4. When the guy opens up a present that says "Personal Penis Enlarger" and it's a magnifying glass inside.  I almost fell on the floor laughing at the theater when I first saw it.
5. The sleeping bag death.  I do also like the lead-in where she says to her (dead) boyfriend "Come and get me, ya big lug!" and Jason enters the tent.

6. I liked the scene where nails, gas and fire are telekenetically sent at Jason by Tina.

7. Famous cartoon voice actress Susan Blu (Arcee of Transformers, Amy from Galaxy High, a billion other voices) was in this!  She played Tina's mom and Jason KILLS her!  Bummer!
8. The lovely bare hooters on the actress who plays Robin (Elizabeth Kaitan).
9. Seeing the lovely @$$ of the girl swimming nude as Jason comes up from below to pull her down and drown her.
10. The part with the guy's head in the flowerpot "headbutting" Jason (Tina sent it at Jason).  That totally cracked me up!
Rest in peace, JCB.

Likes:
1. Jennifer Cooke ("Megan" in Part VI: Jason Lives) -  the cutest "final girl" in the entire series.
2. The last fifteen minutes of Part VII: The New Blood, when the psychic chick kicks the ever lovin' crap out of Jason with her mind powers.
3. Betsy Palmer. Nuff said.
4. Part V: The New Beginning. Some fans hate it cuz it's not the "real" Jason but for me, it's one of the sleaziest, nastiest entries in the whole series.
5. The liquid nitrogen kill in Jason X.

Dislikes -
1. Jason Goes To Hell. All of it. I refuse to acknowledge that movie's existence.
2. The 2009 remake - ditto. Same reasons as above.
3. Jason Takes Manhattan - hate the movie, but I love the poster of Jason looming over the NYC skyline.
4. The fanboy hate for Freddy Vs. Jason. I loved it and thought it capped off both aging franchises nicely. Apparently some people expected it to be Shakespeare.

That's all I can come up with off the top of my head... if I think of anything else I'll come back and add to this.

agreed. It's the most unhinged entry, and also one of the most entertaining, for me. Even the producers didn't like it apparently.
