Art film about "lost" teenagers, includes a trip to an amusement park

This is an old film, probably shot in the 60s or 70s. It's focuses on four lonely youths who become friends, and go to an amusement park or carnival (maybe Coney Island?) and one of them has an epileptic seizure there. That's about all I remember.

The film wasn't about teenagers, but it was about "lost" characters. It was Tell Me That You Love Me, Junie Moon.
