I gotta go with Friday the 13th V: A New Beginning. It may be an unpopular pick because "it's not really Jason!" but geez, that is one sleazy, splattery, mean spirited movie. It's the last F13 to have that scuzzy, grindhouse sort of feel to it (future installments were far slicker looking)...

Worst ever is "Halloween 5." Such total poop!

I think the only  one of these I may have actually seen was ANoES 5, the dream child. So I voted for that.

I totally agree with Freddy... F13 5 is quite a radical slasher. I find it way more enjoyable than pts 4 and 6, which seem to get all the accolades

HOWLING 5 is campy and cheesy to the max, possibly my fav sequel in that franchise, although I may need to see part 7 again cause that was awesomely bad as well, iirc

by the way here's a thread from 5 years ago where I tried to find as many 'Part 5' movies as possible (and it's 5 pages long! but I added them all up in the first post)

NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET has parts I and III which are awesome. IV and V are ok but not as good. II is a disaster that I can't stand to watch, and deals more with homosexuality than horror.

HALLOWEEN has part I and II which are awesome and can be watched right after the another, like a 3 hours movie. Part III is usually hated because it has no Michael Myers but I consider it one of the bests. Part IV is nice and the ending is great, but they ruined it in V by going in a totally different direction.

My vote goes for Freddy just because he's such a memorable character.
