Did that monster 52 mile ride today.  I got to the trail head and left a little before 10:00am. Of course there was the brewery pit stop in the middle - I got there just after noon. Stayed there about an hour and got back to Dubuque at 4:20. Got a few photos here.... https://flic.kr/s/aHsmGeFZ9a When I do that again I think I'll try to leave a little bit earlier in the morning - hour or two earlier - so I can get back a bit earlier in the afternoon. |

Thank you! :) Had the surgery just about two years and two months ago. I'm not too hard core about it. Yeah I laid out some extra green to get a bike with electric assist but it opened up so much territory around here to explore. I still get a workout when riding the bike. Hills that were too steep to try before are manageable now. |
