 Besides milk and bread and gas?

I bought a book by David Skal- the MONSTER SHOW, which is a history of monster movie culture.
A PLAN 9 FROM OUTER SPACE model kit.
Issue# 14 of Famous Monsters magazine from 1961. Bad shape- but only 17 dollars!
An ashtray from North Carolina.

Today: groceries for a veggie curry. I also bought a bunch of blu-ray movies (Suspiria remake, Pet Sematary remake and others) this week for my October/Halloween viewings.

A digital TV decoder for my Mom: she is getting a little tired of watching the same old TV channels again and again.
New clothes and a travel bag.
Season 7 and 8 of Hawaii Five O (2010 reboot)
New shoes
A new watch.

I bought a very large coffee table book called the SILENT CINEMA, which is mostly big pictures of the posters and the stars. Beautiful book.

I just bought some onion bread from some Amish folks at the flea market. I almost bought a rhubarb/strawberry pie too.

What is the Pet Sematary remake like?

haha I already watched it yesterday. It is a quality production but it lacks bite. The original would draw you more in on a emotional level, the remake doesn't. Not saying it is a bad thing, and the remake isn't really a bad movie but it pales compared to the original in my opinion. The original had balls, the remake is perfectly fit for the #metoo generation.
