I remembered liking this way back when, so I ordered a DVD and watched it with my friend Nena when it arrived.
It's even better than I remember. It's fantastic, especially for something with such an obviously low budget. They absolutely made it work.
Premise, a young "woman" of hell rebels against the doctrine of the older generation and escapes to Earth, where she takes it upon herself to punish the abundance of sinners she finds.
This movie has an interesting take on religion and the relationship between God, angels, devils, and humans. Very cool stuff.
