i love Peter Sellers to but that film bored the living hell out of me i know it's a black comedy but i was bored out of my mind so i shut it off and i have no idea how far i was into it but it was a painful sit.   i know this is a much loved film don't get me wrong but Dr. Strangelove i tried to watch more than once i think i just can't get through it i'm sorry i just can't

i tried to i really did i went in with high expectations but years ago a woman i know borrowed the dvd someone she knew had it and she put it on for us to watch

and at some point i don't remember when it was i want to say the middle of the film she goes do ya want to change it? i said PLEASE by than i had no idea what

the hell was going on. i love black comedy's but i guess it was just something that i could not get into though it did have a fantastic cast though and it's James

Earl Jones if i'm not mistaken 1st film so having your 1st film be a film like that and with the kind of love that film gets is pretty damn good for you to start your film career don't you think?

fair enough i explained myself because some people can take some stuff way to serious and they can't believe i can't like certain movies but most movies i do try and watch them. i like Star Wars myself but i don't take it serious and it doesn't anger me like it does most star wars fans.  i liked the last two and those get a lot of hate too go figure. but to each their own my friend i also like Star Trek but unlike some people i could care less how many women Kirk slept with

unlike some fans who know the exact number i could care less. i enjoy certain shows and the films and that's about it they kill an afternoon that's my way of thinking man

^ I have no idea. I quit buying movies years ago. You can find anything on Roku.
I DO have the Star Trek movie with Khan on vhs, and have seen every episode of the 60's series 100's of times. They reran the show every day for years on uhf channels on TV in the 70's. And I saw it in the 60's as a kid. And I still watch it on Netflix.

oh i will always buy movies i prefer owning them rather than streaming though that doesn't mean i never do watch movies streamed if it's one i don't have i will watch it.  and if it's one i love or end up loving i end up buying. but on how i look it streaming is if i want to watch a certain season of a show i love i can go to my shelf and pick it up but if that same season and show is on netflix that's not always going to be on it.

and not everything is on rooku i have a rooku actually.  last time i tried netflix when we did have it as it stopped working for us for some reason or another i looked up at least a dozen things i wanted to see and not one thing showed up on netflix at all. i also watch some stuff on you tube and if it's a rare one i end up loving i just download it from you tube cause it may not always be on there either.
