We used to play a game called "Swing Hysteria". one guy would lie down under the swing and the other would swing it as hard as he could. It would come crashing down landing inches from your face

Friend's relative: "I was in a play about Anne Frank before the attic."

Me: " Who'd you play?"

Friend's relative: "Jewish Girl Four."

Me: "I bet you were the definitive Jewish Girl Four."

If in Candyman 2021 to summoning him you must say his name five times, how it is that in the third time you say 'Candyman' you are not summoning Candyman 1992?

I have always wondered if Sir Richard Attenborough knew he was playing a South African in The Great EscapeQuestion

I understand he did a lot of research on Squadron Leader Roger Joyce Bushell, including the unusual story behind the scar on his eye....

Of course, for the sake of entertainment, there were a number of inaccuracies in the movie...

How come people pay psychics and astrologers for lottery numbers and the names of the winners of future horse races? If the psychics knew these things, wouldn't they play the numbers and horses themselves?

One night I decided to end it all, so I took the deadliest, most lethal drug combination known to science: pop rocks and jolt cola.

I swallowed the candy whole and then chugged the cola, cringing in anticipation, waiting for my insides to explode.... yet nothing happened.

I realized it was a miracle and God had intervened to spare my life! Yet... I had to be sure.

"God," I said, "I'm going to impose on you for one more sign of your will. If you wish me to live, you'll intervene twice."

I walked to the railroad tracks, knowing a freight train passed by every evening at ten, and as I heard the tornadic roar of the approaching engine, I did the one thing guaranteed to derail the onrushing behemoth, and laid a penny on the tracks, closed my eyes and waited for forty tons of speeding metal to jump across space and end me.

Nothing. Happened.

Friends, it was humbling to have God spare me twice in one night from two of the lethal horrors known to science, and I assure you I put aside all thoughts of self-authored demise, and from that day forward, September 31st, I have always looked back in awe at my miracles!

^Miracles are easy to see, it's the blessings that are difficult to focus on, and a sense of purpose can be a pain in the @$$...^

I never thought I'd ever see a movie where George Taiki would play a rubber duck out to destroy the multiverse.
