I remember vacationing in Vermont, looking up at the night sky, and being astounded at how many more stars were visible than I usually can see (because of light pollution). It was like the sky of a completely different planet.

How I didn't get a hangover after drinking nearly half of a fifth of tequila and three beers I won't understand...unless a slice of gas station pizza and wings is the greatest foods to have while drunk. Question

I wonder how it would turn out if you took Professor Strange from DC Comics & Doctor Strange from Marvel Comics and locked them in a room & forced them to discuss economics while trying to give positive critiques to cheap malted liquors......

That's how the second Doctor Who was conceived.

Soooooooo, 50 MPH winds possible today amid vernal temperatures, driving rain, flash flooding in low-lying areas, traffic jams and detours on impassable water-clogged roads, mudslides in the city, power outages, probably a possibility of toads falling from the sky, wouldn't even be surprised if our local version of the Nile turned red.

Gentle winter of snowmen and hot chocolate near a warm fireplace, where art thou hiding?

So much for the stupid groundhog and six more weeks of winter.

Does their addiction to Minecraft show that banning child labour was a mistake and we should have kept them working down the mines after all?

I've been studying Confucius again and think he would say so. In his wisdom it is taught women are happiest barefoot and pregnant, men (women's natural superiors) are most content when wielding control according to individual station in life, animals exist for and at human pleasure, children function best exploited for their labor, and all humans, be they god-kings or beggers, achieve highest contentment by never challenging one's place in society, merely functioning within it.

Minecraft validates Confucius.

This make thinking that instead of real mines, we, the software dev. (and I told we, because I'm a software dev.), in some case, exploit children to mining cryptocurrency through video games or apps.

Instead of a warden with a whip, we put in the games, content discount, offer of in-game currency, a win a premium account benefit for 3 days, and so

How can anyone watch Shark Tank and be a socialist? Do they really think people should go to the government with their wearable blanket/ toilet foot rest business and ask for taxpayers to fund it?
