The author of one of my favorite sci-fi novels The Probability Broach - which taught me quite a bit about American history - has passed away at the age of 75.  Bluesad

He had a great turn of phrase, especially where the Denver cop on a murder case goes to visit a political organization in the city and he describes their offices like this: "The place was freshly painted and didn't smell of p*ss like the rest of the building".  Buggedout

Earth is visited by a GIANT ANTIMATTER SPACE BUZZARD! Gawk at the amazingly bad bird puppet, or chuckle over the silly dialog. This is one of the greatest b-movies ever made.

    Lesson Learned:
    • Osmosis: os·mo·sis (oz-mo'sis, os-) n., 1. When a bird eats something.
