Cthulhu for president! Why choose the lesser evil?

As the caveman list is filling up nicely, perhaps it is time for something else?

I'll start off with the obvious

1) The Brain that Wouldn't Die (1962)

Live ones only please, if we start listing dead ones, we'll be knee deep in severed heads before the day is out.

Less Obvious:

2) Return of the Jedi - There's a brain-in-a-jar in Jabba's palace.

Perhaps best limit ourselves to heads/brains that are still alive, so as not to be inundated by decapitations.

6) The Head

https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0053095/

Kinda like a slower, duller, version of “The Brain Which Wouldn’t Die.” (If memory serves.)
