Watching the second episode now. The jury is still out but the first episode was better than I expected. The original is one of my favorite shows ever and a tough act to follow.

Two episodes in I can tell it's a mistake to concentrate so much on the supporting cast at the expense of the leaper and his experiences. I think in both episodes as much screen time was given to what was going on in the lives of the people back in Project Quantum Leap as it was to the featured events in the past. Mistake.

Hope it gets better for you. Although I wasn't a dedicated viewer of the show I did enjoy it when I watched it.

I used to love the old show.

I didn't even know the new one was out yet.  last I heard about it it was still in development.

Unless the schedule has been changed, episode three tonight at ten eastern on NBC. It's a boxing episode and the teaser made it look like it might be a remake of the boxing episode from the original series. Maybe.

Still giving this show a fair shake. We'll see.

OK, saw the episode, not bad, though this series could shine with a few small adjustments.

Well at least you didn't find it all downright terrible.

The Halloween episode, available on NBC.com was frickin' awesome.

Why must every episode be turned into a morality play mixed with a fable?

It is just how the world has turned. I blame the older generation.

If only it would quit trying to make everything a teachable moment for a narrow agenda and simply tell fun stories, the show would be so much better. I am sticking with it but feel my interest dimming.

Spoilers: There was a slightly interesting development the other day when it was strongly hinted that one of the cast, a good guy in the here and now, has been revealed to be the villain manipulating future events, and that's not a bad twist.

i love this show. and i loved the first version in a big way, so it's almost weird for me to love a remake so much.
don't EVEN...EVER!
