Anybody know when ZU WARRIORS is going to be released?

I remember seeing teaser trailers for it over six months ago.  I must see this film.  If it's anywhere near as enjoyable as STORM RIDERS was, I'm all over it.

Unfortunately, I've heard nothing, nothing at all, about this movie.  Anybody have any information?

I think this Christmas.  I remember seeing a full trailer on "40 Days, 40 Nights."  It was incredible (better than the feature itself);  I think Quentin Tarantino is giving it his "Iron Monkey" treatment via Miramax (Die Miramax!).  But the movie is getting my full attention.

According to coming attractions, ZU is going straight to video instead. Too bad because I would have loved to see it on the big screen. Having watched it on DVD I can tell you this, the story is very hard to follow, but it never stops moving and the visuals are incredible. It totally blew my mind and p**sed me off to hear some people say the visuals looked "crappy" and "embarrassing." Once again, Americans prove they have no imagination.

Too bad it's coming straight-to-video(as is jackie Chan's "The Accidental Spy"),for I really wanted to see this one on the big screen.

yea sad to see the asian equivalent of star wars won't even grace the big screen,it may not have the story like star wars but visually I found it just as stunning especially on a nice sound system this movie just took me for a ride :)

oh well at a test screening someone went to it had english dubbing that sucked bad and the movie was CUT by 24 minutes!!!!!!

if it's gonna be like that on the "straight to video" release i'll stick with my hk version with its real title "Legend of Zu"
just have to suffer the missing subtitles =(
