Bordering On Bad Behaviour (2014): a weed comedy drama filmed in and around Cape Town starring Tom Sizemore.

Three soldiers are accidentally locked in a room for 6 hours: at the start of it, they hate each other (as they are all enemies) but by the end of the movie and thanks to some shared weed, they're friends for life.
