He died in 1956. If he had lived for 2 more years he would have seen himself become an icon on Shock Theater and in Famous Monsters.

He died on August 16th- that's tomorrow.

His obit says his birthday is 1888. And he was 73. He was born in 1882. The year was 1956. Can they not do math?
