Does anyone remember a movie from the late 70s or early 80, where one character has the line, "I've worked in Social Services for 20 years, and I've never helped anyone.  And I hope to goad I never do!"

Do you know what the gist of the film was? Any characters?

"Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!\" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)

Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?"
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."
