There's not many films I don't like but there are a few movies I like that people go "What?" when they hear I like them.

The Wicker Man (1973): I have religious beliefs and had a strong religious upbringing, but I like this film a lot.  I find speaking to atheists enlightening even if they have no beliefs when I do.  Smile

Sholay: the greatest Bollywood movie ever - filmed like a Western in 70mm!

Martial arts films like Enter The Dragon and Kill & Kill Again.

Some religious movies like Joni, The Cross and The Switchblade and God's Not Dead. Some make me cringe but those three and 6 The Mark Unleashed were good.

Westerns for the most part.

I learnt one major life lesson from this film - apart from the fact that cappuccino is nice - and that is: if you're in Rome and there's a limo waiting for you and you get in and find a South African in it, get the hell out  Wink

I also love dumb action movies where people shoot rifles etc and never aim or reload  Wink There's one in particular called Operation Delta Force where every time a weapon is raised, you hear a loud CLICK  Twirling

I like unusual films - they don't have to be in the English language - where you may not understand WTF they are saying but you understand the language of cinema, like Takeshi Kitano's Brother or Mathieu Kassovitz's La Haine and The Crimson Rivers.

I am game for an erotic thriller now and then.  Wink
