SHOOT FOR THE STARS (1977)
NBC game show with Geoff Edwards (Treasure Hunt).  Celeb/contestant duos giving clues to complete a 2-word phrase.  A board with boxes determines how much money the phrase is worth.  I remember this one!  The pilot was called SHOOT THE WORKS and played pretty much the same as the regular series AFAIK.  The theme was re-used in the 1980s version of JACKPOT (which Edwards also hosted for a couple durations).

I believe in the international communist conspiracy to sap and impurify all of our precious bodily fluids.
