what is this movie?

Ok. this movie is about this boy (i believe his name is Matthew Lab(something)
he played Albert Ingles on  " Little House on the Prairie" anyway he is the kid next door to a girl who's father is a drunk and one night hits her and she falls down the stairs and dies.. Matthew, who is very smart has a robot and puts the chip in her head and brings her back to life. The problem being, when the robot was still "alive" he was " killed" by this woman and  still remembers it.. The girl,now with the chip in her head kills the old woman with a basketball!  and so on.
I think it was "my best friend" but i think I'm getting  the title mixed up with " my best friend is a vampire"
any ideas? I actually like the movie and would like to get it again.

Also, for some reason I can't buy "rock n roll high school' with cory feldman I was told they now longer make it to sell. Is there a web site to buy old movies?

That is most definiely Deadly Friend, a very odd 80's movie by wes Craven, if memory serves.

Do you mean ROCK AND ROLL HIGH SCHOOL FOREVER, the sequel to ROCK AND ROLL HIGH SCHOOL? According to the IMDB, both are available from Amazon.com on VHS, although it says the sequel has limited availability. They also list used copies of FOREVER for sale from $12.88 to $44.50. So you might want to shop around on-line to find a good deal if you go for a used copy.
