Killer Breast?

I'm not sure how accurate i will be on this, but i remember seeing a movie when i was younger about a breast that rolled around killing people by squirting out poison milk from the nipple.  Everyone i have spoken to has never heard of this movie, and i know i'm not losing my mind.  Can anyone help me with this?

As we are talking about "Casino Royale," see Woody Allen as Jimmy Bond and an all-star cast in a film written by Woody Allen and Val Guest, Ben Hecht, Joseph Heller, Terry Southern, Billy Wilder, and Peter Sellers.
With a great action scene in the casino brawl, a great song "The Look of Love," and a great title theme "Theme from Casino Royale" by the Tiajuana Brass, what ever happened to them, my favorite of the Bond spoofs. Enjoy!
