I've had this idea floating around for a while in my head.

Its called B-Movie. You give a group of  people, say 10,000 dollars, to make the best movie then can. It canbe in any genre, except porn.

Everything is video-taped, from start to finsh. It's show the process of writing, directoring, casting etc etc.

They have 15 weeks to make this film, and after that, you get to see their final product, in a 2 hour season finale.

I'd think it would be somewhat cool. But thats just me.

That sounds ok. It would be the only reality show I would watch.

Yeah, I was gonna say that sounded a hell of a lot better than Survivor or Boot Camp.  Too bad the networks are too stupid to think of cool ideas like that.

Good plan, Espchualy if Dr Freex is the Director! Lets see...Andrew as Stunt cooridinator, Ken Begg as Producer, Apostic as Screenwriter, Abby as Beasty wrangler, Nathan as second unit director.....hummm...its crazy, but it just might work!

Aw man, that is awesome! Only one problem: who'd write the script?

Who ever was picked.

Or like Fritz told me, the producers of the show have people send in scripts to them, and they pick the worst of the bunch and get people to make it.

I love the idea and I think you should e-mail someone like NBC or CBS (no ABC those Disney s**theads). But copyright the idea first. If you don't know how to do that reply and I'll tell u how. It's a snap. Love the idea. I think that it would be even more fun if they let famous [horror] icons show up to give pointers. DIRECTING: Wes Craven or even make-up, Savini. Cool idea.

I have noidea on how to copyright, so please tell me.

When I had this idea, the first person who came into my mind was Lloyd Kaufman; Founder of Troma.

It would have to be pitched to HBO, or Showtime or in Canada, Showcase or Bravo.

Sounds feasible.  It's actually the idea behing many film school "workshops".  In fact, you could go to a film school festival and get the same effect.

Its the time in a prolonged story that makes it possable to show how complex such an endevor is. Ask Dr. F. ( how many pages on makeing Foever evil you at Doc?) That is the only "Reality" show i'd like to watch. Go cable for more artistic freedom. And get that copyright! Don't let 'em stick it to ya.
