Anyone the title of this movie?

Can anyone help me with the title of a movie I saw on USA up all night when I was like 12. The movie had a guy who drove around in  a van and picked up hitchhikers. He had this flute that his father made for him and any time anyone made fun of it--which was pretty frequently--he killed them. There was this teenage girl who was psychic and also was crippled that was linked somehow with the killer. Her psychic premintions keep getting stronger as the killer comes closer to her town. She accidently stumbles across one of the bodies that the killer is trying to hide at one point. The killer then chases her around and there was some kind of shock ending.

i have no idea what it was called.  but i think i remember seeing it a  really long time ago.  great....now i wanna know what the title was!
