Fred Olen Ray's latest movie is yet another cut-and-paste Phoenician Entertainment film, with Fred using his "Ed Raymond" pseudonym, and it's the routine "vigilante saves the day" flick, with Treat Williams as a security guard taking on terrorist Udo Kier(put to good use by Fred here)and his troops, who invade a nuclear power plant, and contain a bomb to blow the place. up. Successfully,Fred ultinizes plenty of shootouts, extended chase sequences,a few plot twists, and some exploding blood squint packs,as well as appearances by Lori Loughlin,a badly acting Andrew Prine(as a sleazy senator),Doug McKeon,Richard Gabai, and Charles Cypher(an early John Carpenter reportatory player),making this one of Fred Olen Ray's better recent films,as well as the best out of his(mostly sucking)modern action films.
