Certainly one of the most consistently bad directors of all time. In his movie THE RATS ARE COMING, THE WEREWOLVES ARE HERE, he even had the nerve to name two of the rats "Willard" and "Ben." Talk about shamelessly trying to capitalize on other movies!

One of my other favorite (????) Milligan movies is BLOODTHIRSTY BUTCHERS.

I'd love to see someone release a dvd boxed set of his movies . . .

That's going to be hard to do, most of Milligan's movies are lost.  A man filled to the brim with hate for women, men, and himself, Milligan cared little for his grindhouse cinema legacy.  Some movies still exist, but how much of it is the complete vision is unknown.

I cannot recommend James McDonough's book The Ghastly One: The Sex Gore Netherworld of Andy Milligan enough to those interested in this director.  The only Milligan movie I saw was The Ghastly Ones (that was more than enough, thank you), but some images are seared into my memory.  McDonough's book gives reasons and theories as to why.

Though I would love to see Seeds  "If I can ride on your train you can play in my house."  A sister seductively whispers to her brother at one point in the movie.  Ick.
