Real World and Road Rules good at first then bad at the end.  Also did their  stupid sex soap opera  Undressed had four seasons?

STARGATE SG-1 and STAR TREK:  VOYAGER

(There. I said it. Now, an angry mob carrying pickforks and torches, consisting of college-age males who all resemble that fat bespectacled kid who kept turning up in "The Far Side" will be making its way toward my home...)

No, I agree. Stargate has some pretty good episodes here and there, but they're mostly pretty crap. Voyager sucked balls (save for you-know-who).

And to think that "The Ropers" only lasted one season...

Life is so cruel...

Don't forget After-MASH, why did they cancel that beauty?

Are you serious? GALACTICA 1980?

I have a very vague memory of that show, though I don't remember it as GALACTICA 1980. There was one episode in which Starbuck repairs, somehow reprograms, and thereafter befriends a Cylon after they both crashland on a barren world. I thought I was just watching BATTLESTAR GALACTICA.

Then there's another episode in which a Cylon goes to a costume party on Earth, and everyone thinks the Cylon is just someone wearing a cool costume...

Road Rules and Real World were two shows that I'll never get (and, thankfully, never will)  Maybe because it was on a channel that was solely for MUSIC!!!!!

Yup, that was probably the best episode, although there is one thing I really hate about it; They gave the cylon a more human voice rather than the more electronic sounding one all the rest had. I could have accepted it if they'd said that Starbuck reprogrammed it, but they didn't.

Last of the Summer Wine - Oh God, if only it *was* the last!!!  The thing is, every time one of the doddering old actors dies, they just wheel in another doddering old crusty.  This show will run for at least another 30 years, I predict.  In fact it won't finish until I'm senile and when it disappears I'll weep all over my zimmer -

Star Trek:Voyager was a big pile of pants from the word go.  Red Dwarf should have stopped after season 5, when it was still funny. X Files ought to be been mercifully put out of it's misery years ago.  Roseanne and Happy Days metamorphosed into drama, a sure sign that all comedic value has been wrung from them.

Thankfully I don't watch much television these days so I miss all the crud mentioned in previous mails.

Conrad's Rule of Thumb: after season 3, all series go downhill.  Oh, and raj - shame on you even mentioning Doctor Who!  This thread is about BAD tv.

And you throw in Red Dwarf?

Dr. Who is great, but the sets had enough cheese to satisfy even France.
