well, here's another flick that was a bit painful to watch belonging to that category known as MAD MAX rip-offs...

Maniac Warriors - 1988 (Unrated). (VHS) Directed by Lloyd A. Simandl and Michael Mazo. Mad Max rip-off taking place on the backroads of "New Idaho." Infected "Lards" need "antibody free" humans for blood transfusions while the "Travellers" need breeders. The two groups shoot it out for most of the movie while a lone renegade helps a bra-less chick find her captured sister. One major flaw is that the Lards drain their victims until they die...wouldn't it make more sense to take less blood and feed the victims so they can give more blood later? This was painful to watch and, with the screaming 80s guitar licks over the 80s drum machine, it was painful to hear as well. AKA EMPIRE OF ASH  II. NOT RECOMMENDED.
