I'd recommend both  one and two.  They make animal house look cerebral.  Actually, parts of animal house were sort of cerebral, but this movie is so dumb it's practically incredible.  Like some of the jokes don't really make sense "He wants to get a board on and I want a hard on!"?? There are really goofy chase scenes with sped up camera and insane drums and piano music.   A highlight of the first one is a spaghetti fight at the local diner.  The cop who they hate gets mooned and they smoosh a plate of spaghetti on his ass.  Part two is from 1981 and the near constant music is insanely bad/great.   perhaps not quite on par with that movie about the cheerleaders who screw the other team so the home team will win, but of similar quality.
