Do more of those green drops signify a better 'bad' experience, or should the ones with the skulls be considered as primo 'bad' material.

The rating system is explained at the bottom of the review list. Basically, a five-drop rating indicates an enjoyable experience (for reasons the filmmakers intended or otherwise), whereas a skull rating generally indicates pain. Lots of pain.
