What are the movies to these covers?

#1:Several years ago I once saw a cover for a movie where is showed some claws (perhaps bloody) tearing threw a garbage can. I doubt it was a comedy and I'm sure it was a horror movie. (I can't believe I didn't read the title!)

#2: Hmm I think the movie was called "Black Rose" but I looked in my movie book and all I see is "Black Roses of Harlem" (And I'm positive that ain't the movie) But I'm pretty sure it had Rose/ Black in the title. Okay I think the cover was some sorta light coming from the sky and some figures I could see (or maybe I didn't see this I dunno i'm nuts) But on the back I saw some weird monster dude that was humanoid had a round bald head, sharp teeth, pretty big eyes, and sharp nasty lookin claws. I hope some person can help me out here cause I wanna look up these two horror movies (At least i'm sure they're horror movies)

First one sounds like C.H.U.D. or maybe The Dark (neither involve garbage cans, but have claws on the covers.
The second one is Black Roses, a movie about a Satan-powered rock band that tries to take over a small town.
