Scifi Buzz
Mst3k
Saturday night anime (Anime movies and OAV's, like Green Legend Ran, Armitage III, Robot Carnival, Iria: The Zeiram Animation, Akira)
Sightings

I also want TNT to reinstate their Monster Vision and continue to show Ray Harryhausen movies.

Why did this thread get dug up from August of 2003??

I was going to say Joe Bob Briggs needs a new show, but screw that! I'm with Menard, bring back Elvira. She's the original gangsta. (well.... unless you count Vampira, but that's before my time)

Doooood, "Nowhere Man" wasn't  an X-Files rip-off, it was a "Prisoner" rip-off, practically word for word. I think they had to stop making them because there were only 17 episodes to rip off. I liked it, because at least they picked something good to rip off, but I really wished they would've added something, like twist endings so that obsessive "Prisoner" fiends wouldn't always know what was going to happen.

Was John Doe the one with the song that was like: Give me a sign/One from a simpler place and time/dada da doodee doo de doooo.... YOU ONLY WANT WHAT YOU CAN'T HAVE - UH - UH... ?

Seinfeld.
Beavis & Butthead
All SF/Fantasy/Horror anthologies with creepy opening narration.
X-Files
Animated Star Trek (Captian Kirk could be voiced by any man in the world. I don't even do Nickolson, and I do a decent Shatner).
Sliders (tied with Riverworld for the greatest premise in the history of fiction)
Pre-Panda Rape Simpsons
Johnny Bago (Guy on the lam in a Winnebago)
StarCade (Game show with arcade games)

& so many more. Here's a post I did on my blog about Voyagers one time:
http://davemunger.blogspot.com/2004/02/i-had-chance-to-use-my-powers-few-days.html

I think the coolest links in it are broken now.

A couple that I don't think have been mentioned:
VR5
Isis
Hot Dog
Beakman's World
Square One (with Mathnet)
Electra Woman & Dynagirl
Space Academy

Hmm, that's more than a couple. Oh well.

I'd like to see a new version of "What's My Line" but only if they make it like the original version. Everyone must be polite and wear evening clothes. That cracks me up on the Game Show network how quite and well organized that show was (especially after watching reruns of Match Game from the 70s).

This just reminds me of how bad current TV is, but here's my list:

Are You Afraid of the Dark?
Monsters
Tales From the Darkside
Fear (the MTV reality show, this was one of the most original and scary ideas on TV)
Space Cases (Nickelodeon sci-fi show w/ lost alien students)
Popular
Undergrads (MTV doesn't know a good thing when it has it)
3 South
KaBlam! (the last good Nickelodeon show)
Angel (season 6 sounded awesome)
Sliders (with a proper ending)
American Gothic

Ah, G vs E. What other show could have great lines like,  "Emmanuel  Lewis! The man's an animal!"

Brimstone

Invisible Man  - The one on Scifi with Vincent Ventresca and Paul Ben-Victor.

The Secret Adventures of Jules Verne

Briscoe County, Jr.
