The best skit on SNL was the Raging Queen, but that's because I like pirates, but it couldn't have been a movie, I think they just did one.
Weren't they supposed to do a Sprockets or Goth Talk Movie?

A movie of Sprockets? That would have been weird.

There was going to be a Sprockets movie, but Mike Myers backed out at the last minute.

And hey, let's not forget the very first SNL spinoff movie: Mr. Mike's Mondo Video. Featuring head writer Michael O'Donoghue's now practically forgotten character Mr. Mike (he had a series of sketches called "Mr. Mike's Least Loved Bedtime Stories"), this was a bizarre parody of Mondo Cane that was made for TV, but dropped when NBC saw the final product (legend has it the head of NBC said that it would air "over [his] dead body"). If you can find it, I reccomend it; you might love it or hate it, but it's definitely not the typical SNL movie.
