ANYONE RECOGNIZE THIS MOVIE?

Hi I'm trying to figure out the title of this movie, its about these students who end up being stuck in this school for some reason after taking a class about murder or scarring people or something like that. The teacher looks really similar to the blonde in Tremors. Anywas she had told them some story about a killer apparently and this ends up being part of the plot twist at the end.

One student in black with black hair kinda chubby is cast as the prankster who the other students suspect is killing off the other students who are stuck in this school for who knows what reason, although it is mentioned that they can leave at any time.

Anyway theres what they think is a head instead a burlap looking bag which turns out to contain the fat guys science project..

Eventually its just the fat guy and a nerdy guy who face off but then agree to find out what the noise is in this meat locker fridge thing.

They open it only to find all of the students in their bound but still alive.

When they get in its the blonde teacher and her Luke Perry looking (son?). She then explains shes the one responsible and was the mystery character in the story she told to her class and then closes the freezer and locks it on them and they start yelling when she closes it.

And the story ends with the blonde teacher and son? walking out of the picture.

I saw this on the sci-fi channel a few weeks ago, I think it was made in 1996 or 7.

It wasn't to bad.
