Lt. Zack Cooper waved good by to the Heavy life Chopper as the bird turned away, after the Wheel crew unlocked their LAV-25 from the last brace of Airlift cables. The Five Marines then went about readying the Light Armored Veichael for action. Cooper glanceed at the other four Wheels, and turned to his 1st Sargent, giveing orders for the form up and advance to the Hammond compound. The Marines were to take the U.N. science team to the Compound, recover all documents, data disks, and anything else they could cart away, and return to the landing zone for recovery. Hopefully, before the weather turned uglier then King Kong sucking hot chinese musterd through a a straw. He heard a loud voice off by the wheel assigned to carry the science team. A bald headed teconocrat was arguing with a bald headed Marine. And of the two, the marine was showing admirable restraint. The leader of the Sci team, Dr. Van Gelder, who his Top Sargent had dubbed "Van Gelding", was complaining loudly about the Lt.s orders that all Sci team members were to remain in the wheel till the compound had been reached, and cleared by the Marines. Lt. Cooper sighed. At least he felt secure about the chances of getting out of here without casualtys. At that moment, they heard the sound of gunfire, echoing out of the trees off to the north, in the general direction of the Hammond Compound. There was screaming too. It took a few seconds to realise....it wasen't a human scream. Horse and throaty, the scream reached a crechendo, and suddenly was silenced by a deep, broadsholdered boom, that made its was throught the trees to where the armour team stood. As he saw the horrified look on Van Gelder's face , Cooper realise that SEAL Team 5 was drawing the first blood of the day. >>>>>> Well, thats my start to the story. Heres the idea. Each of you guys and gals, can add to the story from here. Keep it to the same general word count, and do it in the same style.< Basicly a plot summery, realy. > Use your imaginations, and take the story where ever you want it, and the next contributor takes it from there. >>Where it ends up, only God and Andrew can guess. < The heck with Dragons: HERE THERE BE MARINES> Eat this one, Speilberg, and choak it down,Chriton! ...i'm done, guys. YOUR TURN !
