What is a moment in a Bad Movie that was completely disgusting? These are some of mine:

BRAINDEAD / DEAD ALIVE:
Anything in the final half hour qualifies a spot on this list. Well, okay then, I LAUGHED during the sequence, and was HEAVILY ENTERTAINED by it, and thought it was one of the best things I'd ever seen. Didn't disgust me, it's just over-the-top. And its all the better for it.

BAD TASTE:
A film of great gory moments, the fate of the Alien Leader DEFINATELY takes the cake. Purely disgusting, but when you think about it, the fact it comes from Peter Jackson's mind is somewhat... well, weird. Then again, just watch Braindead and it isn't so wierd anymore.

TEAM AMERICA: WORLD POLICE:
Probably the part where Susan Sarandon falls off the tower. Three words for ya: "ABSOLUTELY - f**kING - HILARIOUS." As well as that, with anything else in the movie is funny.

KILL BILL VOL. 2:
The eyeball squashing bit.

What are yours?

By Sword. By Pick. By Axe. Bye Bye.

As you mentioned, Bad Taste is a good one for the "gross-out" category.  My favorite gross out scene from that would have to be the vomit eating scene.  Classic.

Haute Tension is another one that comes to mind.  There are numerous gross out scenes in the film, but the death of the gas station worker stands out.  He gets hit in the chest with an axe, and then while he's laying on the floor, face down with the axe still in his chest, the killer proceeds to squash him with his foot - driving the axe deeper in.

Now that's just messed up.

I believe I've become desensitized as I can't really think of any real gross scenes in movies. I'm such a loser...

Pretty much anything from the Itailan cannibal vomitorium genre.  I loves me some cannibal movies.
And I'll second the intestine puking in Gates of Hell.  That will always be my favorite Fulci movie.

I have to go with the eye splinter scene in ZOMBIE/ZOMBI 2 as well.

Also the scene in THE BEYOND when David Warbeck shoots the schoolgirl in the head.

The eye plucking scene is DOCTOR BUTCHER M.D./ZOMBIE HOLOCAUST is right up there with the mannequin suicide scene (heh..heh..heh).

I didn't find the Zombi 2 splinter scene disgusting. I downloaded it on this website and, I'm serious, it didn't disgust me at all. The only gory part that has EVER made me feel uncomfortable is the eyeball-squashing in Kill Bill Vol. 2.

Oh yeah, and DotD '78: Sledge's guts being ripped out.

American Wedding - Stiffler stuffing a piece of dog crap in his mouth and chewing it in order to keep a woman from finding out that it wasn't chocolate.

Van Wilder - A bunch of fraternity members are tricked into eating pastries filled with dog semen.
