Does anybody remember these flicks?

I woke up this morning remembering scenes from a really cool B film I saw as a kid.  The plot was about these invaders from some planet that were stealing people's souls? I just remember them being brownish in color and using human masks to conceal their true identities. There was a really gross scene where one alien had placed his hand over this girl and she shriveled up like a mummy and rolled up? What's the name of this movie? I can't seem to remember the title.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to mention the other flick because I got all caught up trying to explain the first one. The other flick was: "Return Of The Alien's Deadly Spawn" AKA "Deadly Sapwn"  It was a really gorey and cheezy B-flick that I remember renting when I was about 14 or so. I thought it was really cool at the time.
