has anyone seen this really cheesy movie that tries to be scary and just  kinda falls flat  whats your favorite seen in this cheesy excuse for a movie

I own an old paragon video of new years evil. Don't really remember it too much because I haven't viewed it in awhile. I believe it was about a killer who was going to murder someone every hour the clock strikes 12 in a different time zone for a new year. It wasn't that bad. My favorite scene is probably the weird looking glam punks driving around at the beginning (how do I remember that?) or the part where the killer is chased around by bikers.

My favourite scene was when the killer, who is dressed as a priest, gets in trouble with the bikers at the drive-in movie show.

That part I like but I my favorite part is the girl at the drive-in that's We Got It Maid's Teri Copley for the tv trivia buffs what a body she got there.
