Anybody ever see Twisted Brain???

SYNOPSIS

A gifted honor student becomes the subject of an unnatural biological experiment and turns into a creature half-man, half-beast. His twisted mind will obey only one command: kill and kill again. AKA: "Horror High."

This is a very bad movie. I would gove it a rating of 8 on a scale of 1 to 11
