Commandos (1968) - This Italian WWII film is set in North Africa. A group of Italian American Commandos take over an Italian army supply camp who are of course allied with the Germans. They convince the Germans, but some of the captives of the camp takeover escape and Van Cleef and crew chase them down in the desert before they can get to the Germans, but of course one gets away. The Germans send in the tanks and everyone except two soldiers die in the final battle. One an American and the other a German and they lay down their weapons and bury the dead. Not bad for the $2.99 I payed for it. I wouldn't pay much more for this one, but it was neat to see a Italian WWII film. You will also see excessive gunfire.
