The big question is who will be in the Bridget Bardot role.
And will they have the same ending (I couldn't stand a happy ending, it would ruin the movie)

Hehe, yeah or "the Wickerman plus all the stars of American Idol!" NO-burn down the set!! I just don't see the reason in remaking it man. i mean that's part of what makes the original so creepy, it has this real low-budget, creepy, 60's hippy film ambience to it. and added with the storyline of pagan "heathens" it's timeless. i just can't see it as a remake. this really burns me ass hairs! (and yes i intentionally said "me" instead of "my" because i'm saying it in a cartoonish Scottish accent).

Okay, I was suckered into seeing the TCM remake (puke), and I'll see the Dawn of the Dead remake, because I've heard some interesting things, and even one of the guys over at Creature Corner liked it.  But I will flat-out REFUSE to see a remake of Wicker Man.  Who's with me?
